Own a gun used in a crime – go to jail

See if you can figure out where this train of thought is going:

If you are a participant in a murder, even if you didn’t pull the trigger, you will be tried for murder.

If you are a gun owner. . .

The conclusion should be self evident.  Gun ownership needs to carry the responsibly of use.
When a gun is used in a crime it’s the owner that is responsible – whether that owner is a corporation, an individual or a club.

Gun owners need to know that they are responsible for how their weapons are used in all circumstances.  The tragedy of Sandy Hook could have been avoided.
