Gifts for friends, or mock bomb, Yemeni men in deep trouble
A common custom for Yemen travelers is to bring home gift items for friends and family. Taping a bottle of Pepto to a cell phone for Uncle Mohammed might seem an unlikely thing for an American, but for a foreigner visiting the US, some things like sports bras, jeans, Advil and the like are unobtainable in their home countries.
The Gig Harbor Times finds it interesting how television and radio report on this subject. The only things reported were the hardware items. . .but we remain curious as if to whether these men also transported bras and underwear. Perhaps they are cross-dressing terrorists?
